📦 Where do you ship from?

Our products are manufactured with our trusted partners in China, where many of the world’s most-known brands also produce their products due to the advanced manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.

Large, well-known companies/brands almost always manufacture in China as well, but the only difference for some is that they purchase inventory in bulk and ship it to U.S. warehouses before fulfilling orders. This allows them to advertise and upsell customers on “U.S. shipping,” even though the products were originally produced overseas.

At ESPK Goods, we focus on delivering the same level of quality without the added markup, shipping for free directly from our manufacturing partners to your door.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

🔄 What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

âť“ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us at support@espkgoods.com as soon as possible and we’ll help you out.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. All payments are 100% secure.

No worries - just send us a picture at support@espkgoods.com, and we’ll send a replacement right away.
